Happy costumer

I am really enjoying my swing. It became a place to just chill&relax, an additional sitting place in my house and one of play, joy and laughter. The walnut version is so incredibly beautiful, it blends so well in my house.
And the personalized hearts under the swing are also really beautiful.

Amazing swing

The total experience with the customer service as well as the product were truly great! I really love it!

Good product but....

Despite in the web site there is a warning that state: "Shipping to Italy is FREE of charge!
And with DHL Express delivered to your front door within 24 hours." I experienced a long delay on the delivery of my order.
I did not expected a customer service so inefficient.
I ordered a swing for my daughter's birthday and it arrived 2 weeks later. During the waiting period I tried to contact many times the customer service with no answer about my order. The only information that they confirm me 2 weeks for a personalized order but no information about the 2 weeks delay. If I know about this long time in delivery I would choose another gift for my daughter. Furthermore I need a longer rope because the one I got it is too short so I still not have the possibility to use it properly.

We would however like to underline that since personalisation is a tailor-made the production time is 2-3 weeks and this information is visible on the product page. This is also mentioned when you receive your order confirmation. We tried to communicate this as well from our customer center, but we are sorry if we didn't perform as expected. And shipping is free to Italy unless you choose DHL Express. If your ropes are too short they can always be changed.
