TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We offer door-to-door delivery to all European countries. A shipping cost is added to each order. You will find the shipping cost at the check out after you have filled in your personal details and address. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination.
After your order has been paid we will process the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but the normal delivery time is 7-14 working days from the date of payment of your order. If the Lillagunga item is personalised, delivery time of your order will take longer. Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to cancel your order by sending your cancellation request to: email@example.com. Cancellations must include your order number, the product you wish to cancel and your contact information (name, address, email and phone number). Lillagunga is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as delays caused by shipping or postage companies.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with information about your purchase as soon as we receive your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact Lillagunga´s Customer Service regarding your order.
Orders made via Lillagunga’s web store can either be paid by: credit card, Paypal or by electronic invoice. Please note that orders paid by electronic invoice will not be processed and shipped before we have received your payment.
TRANSPORTATION & SHIPPING
Lillagunga is responsible if any products are damaged or go missing during transport and shipping. However, in this case, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 7 days of the delivery of the damaged product or the estimated delivery time in the case of missing products. Lillagunga will not be held responsible for products that are either damaged or go missing during return shipping.
Customers have 14 days to return or exchange a product if they are dissatisfied with their product in any way. The 14 day period begins when you receive delivery of your order. The products must be returned undamaged and unused (as delivered). All products must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact Customer Service with your return notification in order to properly register the return with Lillagunga.
Your email to Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org), must contain the following information:
• Order number
• Name, address, e-mail and phone number
• Bank account number
• Copy of order confirmation

State the cause of the return in the package together with the product you want to return. If these return instructions are not followed, it may void the right to return products. Please note that Lillagunga is not responsible for the return shipping costs. Lillagunga does not accept returns 14 days after the date of delivery. If the return is found to be valid after it is received, the money will be refunded to the customer's account after processing. By Finnish law, Lillagunga is obliged to refund the customer within 30 days of the product being returned.
Lillagunga guarantees that the products you have ordered are free of faults at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact Lillagunga’s Customer service as soon as possible or at the latest, within 7 days after delivery of the item. Customer Service will handle your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or fault report. The returned product must be in a generally unused state and in its original packaging. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). Please be aware that you must contact Customer Service before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid label. Lillagunga’s responsibility for faults in products ordered is limited to the terms stated above.

The customer has to accept the current terms and conditions when placing an order. We will process all information privately and securely.
Contracts between you and Lillagunga shall be governed by Finnish Law.
