SHIPPING

A shipping may be added to each order. You will find the shipping cost at the check out after you have filled in your personal details and address. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Detailed information regarding shipping cost and delivery times is found here.

DELIVERY

After your order has been paid we will process the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary depending on destination and stock situation. If the Lillagunga item is personalised, delivery time of your order will take longer. Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to cancel your order by sending your cancellation request to: info@lillagunga.com. Cancellations must include your order number, the product you wish to cancel and your contact information (name, address, email and phone number). Lillagunga is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as delays caused by shipping or postage companies.

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with information about your purchase as soon as we receive your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact Lillagunga´s Customer Service regarding your order.

PAYMENT

Orders made via Lillagunga’s web store can either be paid by: credit card, Paypal or by electronic invoice. Please note that orders paid by electronic invoice will not be processed and shipped before we have received your payment.

TRANSPORTATION & SHIPPING

Lillagunga is responsible if any products are damaged or go missing during transport and shipping. However, in this case, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 7 days after receiving the damaged product or the estimated delivery time in the case of missing product(s). 

RETURNS POLICY

Consumers have 14 days to return or exchange a product if they are dissatisfied with their product in any way. Businesses are not permitted to return products unless they are damaged. Items that have been sold on sale or tailored are non-refundable, unless they are damaged. The 14 day return period begins when the order has been delivered to the destination specified in the order confirmation. The products must be returned undamaged and unused (as delivered). All products must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact Customer Service (info@lillagunga.com) with your return notification in order to properly register the return with Lillagunga.

Please note that Lillagunga is not responsible for the return shipping costs, and will not be held responsible for products that are either damaged or go missing during a return. Express shipping costs will not be returned. If the return is found to be valid after it is received, the money will be refunded to the customer's account, and the customer will be notified. By Finnish law, Lillagunga is obliged to refund the customer within 30 days of the product being returned. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Lillagunga guarantees that the products you have ordered are free of faults at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact Lillagunga’s Customer service as soon as possible or at the latest, within 7 days after delivery of the item. Customer Service will handle your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage.

Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or fault report (unless sent earlier). The returned product must be in a generally unused state and in its original packaging. Please be aware that you must contact Customer Service before you return damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid label. Lillagunga’s responsibility for faults in products ordered is limited to the terms stated above.

REFUSAL OF RECEPTION OR PICK-UP

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery or neglects the obligation to collect the package after being notified Lillagunga have the right to charge the customer for all shipping costs.

OTHER INFORMATION

Lillagunga reserves the right to change its terms and conditions.
The customer has to accept the current terms and conditions when placing an order. We will process all information privately and securely.

Contracts between you and Lillagunga shall be governed by Finnish Law.
